Today, any reasonable sized business has a web analytics tool to get some insights on how their website is performing. How effective the results of analytics are is varied. Your organization might be seeing some successes but still find that they still have a long way to go. You might attribute the challenges to the usability of the analytics tool, or the lack of data or the inability to get proper effective insights from the data or most importantly the capability of your organization to act on those insights you get.
